Phyllis has an extensive and well-rounded background providing over 30 years of accounting, auditing and financial reporting to small to large private and publicly held businesses.
Phyllis' experience includes SEC, governmental, professional services, not-for-profit, special districts and small business accounting.
She has in-depth knowledge of GAAP, FASB, GASB and SEC accounting standards.
She is a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. Phyllis has a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
