Molly Couture has over 12 years of leadership and management experience, including over 10 years of school leadership and administration. As Director of Operations and a founding staff member of one of the top middle and high schools in the Denver Public School district, her experience has included all components of running a large organization with oversight of over 1500 people. She directed a team who facilitated daily operations, communications, facilities management, budgeting, banking, purchasing, planning, and events management.

Career Experience includes:

• Founding and implementing systems, including onboarding, communications, translation, product distribution, payment processing, and supply maintenance.
• Coordination of departments and external district partners, facilities teams, neighborhood associations, and city officials to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and facilities management to complete historic building renovation, including grant filing and budgeting, as well as product and material selection and installation.
• Conducting in depth data analyses across platforms to uncover trends and create solutions.
• Creating strong sense of community through exceptional customer service.

Molly brings expertise in systems, leadership, and business operations, as well as a background in budget management, project management, and compliance.

She's a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and has lived in Colorado for over 12 years.
