Englewood Downtown Development Authority Ballot Information
You may need to request a ballot to vote on the Downtown Now ballot question.
- If you reside within the boundaries of the EDDA and are registered to vote in the State of Colorado at that address, a ballot will be mailed to you at your residential address.
For commercial property owners and businesses:
- If you own property in the downtown district in your name (as an individual, not a legal entity) and are registered to vote in Colorado, you will receive a ballot in the mail.
- If you lease property in the downtown district in your own name (as an individual, not a legal entity), you are eligible to vote but will need to request a ballot by filling out the Request a Ballot Form posted below.
- Any legal entity that either owns or leases property in the downtown district can designate a person who will vote on the entity's behalf by filling out the Designation of Elector Form posted below.
DESIGNATION OF ELECTOR
Below is a link to a "Designation of Elector Form". This form must be completed and submitted no later than October 1, 2021.
To complete the form, download or save it to your computer. Once the form is completed, click the submit button on the bottom left of the form. An email will appear addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org with the filled in form attached. Click the send button on the email. If the email prompt does not appear, you can save the completed form and email it to email@example.com
